San Choy Bow in one minute | made by kids
Hello! Here’s a one-minute video showing you how to make San Choy Bow, and the best part? Kids can make it! (As long as you’ve shown them what to do, haha.)

Ingredients
1 capsicum, sliced
Several small mushrooms, chopped
1 onion diced
1 can of sweet corn
1 can of water chestnuts
1 teaspoon of garlic
1 teaspoon of ginger
1 Tablespoon of peanut oil
500g of mince
2 Tablespoons of soy sauce
2 Tablespoons of oyster sauce
Egg noodles
Lettuce (separated into bowl-shapes)
What to Do
Spray a frying pan with olive oil and cook the onions until they’re clear.
Add garlic and ginger. Stir.
Add capsicum and cook.
Add peanut oil. Stir.
Add mince and cook.
Add soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir.
Add sweet corn and break it in half.
Add water chestnuts. Stir.
Break egg noodles into pan. Stir and cook.
Separate lettuce and serve the San Choy Bow.
