All you need to do

If it’s your first time at Kerrie Fitness, arrive 10 minutes before the start of the class to fill out a pre-exercise questionnaire and you’re right to join the fun straight away.

Wear comfortable shoes and clothes you don’t mind sweating in.

Bring a towel, you’re going to sweat!

Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated during class.

Wipe down any equipment used during your workout before replacing back in the racks, using the sanitizing stations provided.

There are 5 hand sanitizer pumps throughout the studio for your personal use.
