Cheeseburger Quesadilla- KERRIE FITNESS.
Super easy to make, 10 minutes.
- 500g mince lean
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 x tablespoons of ketchup
- 2 x tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1x tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Tortilla bread
- Your favourite cheese (pepper jack)
- 1/2 cup diced tomato
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- Spray a frypan, med-high heat. S&P to taste.. Brown mince and drain.
- Add ketchup, mustard and Worcestershire sauce and stir.
- In fresh frypan Place tortilla, then cheese, then mince, then tomato, then more cheese, fold over and cook till golden!
