Les Mills quarter 3 launches at KERRIE FITNESS – who should come?
Starts off this Monday, 28 August 2017 and then continues with a new launch each week to give you something to look forward to!

Can anyone attend?
Yes, new members are always awesome. Casual visits are always welcome.
Is it just for females?
No not at all. We have male members. My husband also teaches BodyPump⢠and BodyCombat⢠with me.
What if I haven’t exercised in a while?
Most definitely come along. I will give you options throughout the workout to make you feel successful. You can even choose to train for the first half an hour and if that is enough, simply leave and each time you come back you can stay for an extra track until you feel comfortable to complete the whole class.
What do I bring with me?
Your towel and water bottle. But don’t worry if you forget, we have towels for hire and water bottles in the fridge to purchase.
When should I start?
NOW!!! The first step is always the hardest. As soon as you step through our door you’ll regret how long you procrastinated over it!
What if I hate burpees and push-ups?
Guaranteed I will turn you! Maybe not after your first class, or a week, or maybe even a month… But I bet a little down the track you will be silently loving them also. The successful feeling from completely them will have you hanging for your next hit! Oh yes, I know what you’re thinking, no not me. Trust me!! Exercising is addictive, in a positive way!
