Looking for something healthy to eat? KERRIE FITNESS – Warm Beef and Asparagus Salad.
Here’s an easy one to put together, cook your favourite cut of meat, can be lamb, I cook mine to medium rare. Allow to rest and cool. Heat up a jug of boiling water and put the asparagus in for three minutes. Cut up some cucumber, tomatoes and capsicum, add some spinach and cottage cheese. Add your asparagus. Cut up meat and place on top, drizzle of sweet chilli sauce and you are done.
